Downburst — Mark Fitzgerald
ISBN: 9781788640527
£9.99
In this masterful follow up to his debut collection, By Way of Dust and Rain, Mark Fitzgerald explores thresholds and the turning points of everyday life and the natural world — how, through compassion and courage the weather can change within us. Through disruption, through the violence of storms, Fitzgerald searches for a necessary design, resilience and a new path to the meadow, where falcons dazzle the morning air. As rich in sound as in sense, this book is about finding magic in the ordinary, the afterglow of time, family inspirations, and resurgences across seasons.
